POMERANIAN NAMES
The Pomeranian
The Pomeranian is somewhat similar in appearance to the Chow Chow,
however, it is a toy dog and is much smaller. Pomeranians are
extremely energetic and tend to bark to excess and some dog owners
consider the Pomeranian to be trifling and annoying. For this
reason, Pomeranians are not for everyone. The Pomeranian can
be many different colors, including red, brown, white, black or even
bi-colored. The Pomeranian's coat is thick for such a small
dog, and a Pomeranian can often have the appearance of being more hair
than dog.

Pomeranians must be groomed and brushed at least
twice a week, and it
is important that the owner of a Pomeranian make sure there are no mats
in the dog's coat, especially after a bowel movement. Be
careful not
to bathe the Pomeranian too much, otherwise essential oils on the coat
will be washed away. If not bothered by the erratic nature of
the
Pomeranian, the breed makes excellent apartment dogs because of its
small size. Surprisingly, the Pomeranian can also make an excellent
guard dog because it will bark very sharply and loudly if an intruder
is present.
